Do you make matching hats?
Yes we can make matching hats out of all fabric apart from the ’sheep’ fleece as these are not suitable for hats.
Do you sell hats anywhere else?
Yes. We do the occasional fair and big event. Keep an eye on the website for details of our next outing.To keep our prices reasonable for our customers we do not make custom hats. If you have issues with sizing some of our hats can be tailored. Our Cadet hats can be altered by your tailor to fit, the cost typically runs between $7 to $20.

Answer: All of our hats are one size fits most.
What are felt hats made of?
First of all, there are several kinds of felt hats, fur felt, wool felt and blends of both. At Milano Hat Company, we make all of these types of felt hats. Can I send you our shirts & hats for imprinting?
Yes - BUT we prefer not to because the contruction or fabric may not always be embroidery or printable friendly (plastics or foam, etc.) All items purchased elsewhere shall have a setup charge regardless of quantity. Freight to and from our shop would be your responsibility, and any errors by our machines cannot be replaced, you are responsible for replacement items for embroidery or printing. Based on our years of experience, we purchase the highest quality items best suited.Our web site is designed so that once the last hat or a particular style or size has been ordered, that hat or size is instantly removed from the site. Therefore, you are only shown inventory that is available. You can always contact our Customer Care Department to check on the availability of a particular style or size. How accurate are the colors of the hats pictured on
We have made every effort to display the true colors of our products. Keep in mind that the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor; therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be completely accurate.Some racetracks carry our hats seasonally.
