In addition to those three, which are very good sites there is also iSnare and Wikihow. I recently wrote an article for Wikihow that got me an e-mail from the founder wanting me to revise so that it can be a featured article. You can bet that will drive some traffic. Make sure you write good, quality articles or they won’t get picked up by anyone.

I have placed about 200+ or so links on this previous answer as to submit your articles. Be sure to read the guidelines of these sites

Depends on what content are you interested. I write articles about beauty, fashion, modeling and similar content. I submit them in jurgita.com. It is probably the biggest modeling and fashion community and they also add a link to my personal website. Jurgita has about 80000 registered members so its quite a lot. Also i can see how many people have read my articles and how many commented. I have already got a proposal from administration to get some free credits for usage in their site.
I have submitted one article to ezinearticles.com as well, but i got no comments, so im not very interested.
